Statement:

The Corona era has brought extra pressure for many webshops. This causes overload at the various courier companies. As a result, your desired delivery date is only a preference and no guarantee. Therefore, keep in mind that your order may arrive a day later. Of course we do our utmost to ensure that we can meet your preferences. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Our customer service is available via chat and telephone on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and at weekends from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and 24/7 by e-mail.

With an extra 8.50 euros you guarantee that your roses will be delivered on the desired working day. (This option is only available at Packs NL and not at Same-day-delivery) and also not in Belgium

Postage costs

Delivery in the Netherlands: 8.95 (Packs) (this is daytime delivery) It is also possible to book a warranty delivery in the Netherlands, this costs 8.50 extra or a time delivery for 13.15 extra.
Delivery in Belgium: 10.95 (Packs) (delivery during the day) So no Same-Day-Delivery possible.
Delivery in Germany: 15.95 via SkyNet weekdays only

Same day delivery (Mon-Fri) with TRUNKRS: 8.95 = EVENING delivery
Orders above 80.00 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium above 85.00 and in Germany above 120.00.

It is also possible to pick up an order, logically of course that this is free. Please arrange a time in consultation. (also possible during the weekend) And because we don't have stocks, it must be ordered first.

Return
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return flowers. If something really went wrong or didn't go according to plan, don't hesitate to call us immediately or send us an e-mail. We will then try to solve the problem.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is excluded for all our roses and other flowers, because they can spoil within the cooling-off period. For the other products, such as vases, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days, calculated from the day after receipt of the complete order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by an unequivocal statement (for example, in writing, by post, fax or e-mail) that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form ( PDF ) for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of the revocation If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard offered by us delivery) from us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. If you only return part of your order, the costs for delivery will not be refunded. We will pay you back using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are for your account. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."
