The legal guarantee applies to all items that you buy from us. Legal guarantee
say that a product is or must do what the consumer is reasonably allowed to do
expect. Some products also come with a manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee does not affect anything
to the legal guarantee.

We always do our very best to get the roses to you as agreed. For this we are dependent on parties on whom we unfortunately have no influence. If something has not gone entirely to your satisfaction, you can contact us.

If you have a complaint about our products or our service, you can contact us via the contact form. You will not receive an acknowledgment of receipt of your complaint, but we will respond substantively within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your complaint, you can also submit it to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel (www.sgc.nl).

You can also submit your complaint to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
