Champagne Deutz was founded in 1838 in Aÿ and is one of the oldest members of the prestigious Syndicat des Grandes Marques. Its Champagnes have a distinctive style, a perfect harmony of finesse, elegance, and complexity.
Champagne Deutz appears on numerous wine lists of prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide. In the Netherlands, too, a growing number of restaurants are recognizing the outstanding quality of this champagne house.
The key to the distinctive style of Brut Classic is the use of top-quality grapes sourced from, among others, the finest grand crus in the Marne region. Hardly any other wine producer sources such a high percentage of grapes from the most highly regarded vineyards (94 out of 100 points). Brut Classic is a blend of different vintages.
