Our "original" olive oil comes from the centuries-old orchards of Spanish farmers who produce Manzanilla olive oil using ethical and organic methods. This oil is therefore certified organic in Spain. Their traditional methods prioritize respect for nature. The oil has a mild flavor, a floral aroma, and is of sublime quality.
