This Spumante wine is made using highly prized Moscato grapes from the Euganean Hills, a traditionally strong wine-growing area in the Veneto region. It's an area rich in roses, and when the roses bloom, bees carry their subtle perfume to the nearby vineyards. A hallmark of the wine is the unmistakable hint of roses, evoking images of the petals (petalo) depicted on the label.
